About the role
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Nordic finance team, based in Stockholm and reporting to the Head of FP&A, Northern Europe. You will work closely with the Nordic COO, providing strategic and operational financial support.
This high-impact role in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment, offers exposure to both local operations and global finance teams, with regular collaboration across our London and Valencia offices.
You will play a key role in shaping decision-making, delivering financial insights, and supporting business performance. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is hands-on, entrepreneurial, and thrives in a dynamic, international setting. The role is well-suited to someone motivated by growth, eager to take ownership, and excited to contribute to the journey of a scaling business.
This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of two days per week in the office and some limited international and domestic travel, due to the global nature of the organisation and the geographic spread of our Livio clinics.

Key responsibilites
In this role, you will:
- Partner with the Nordic COO to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Play a central role in planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Deliver actionable insights through financial analysis.
- Prepare board materials and management reports.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and reporting tools.
- Support month-end close and ad-hoc financial analysis.
- Contribute to company-wide development and growth projects.
- Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams across the business.
- Success in this role will be measured by the quality of insights delivered, forecast accuracy, and impact on business decisions.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
To enjoy and succeed in this role, you will:
- A university degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in both SME and international/PE-backed environments.
- An analytical mindset and a natural sense of curiosity.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience working with financial systems (Business Central is a plus).
- Exposure to growth and development projects in an international context; experience with foreign subsidiaries is an advantage.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
