We are looking for a Head of Transfer Pricing & International Tax to take a central and highly trusted role within an international group operating across approximately 60 subsidiaries. This is a senior specialist role with significant influence, combining strategic responsibility with hands-on execution in a complex global environment.
The position is part of Group Financial Control and reports to the Vice President Group Financial Control & Tax. You will work closely with colleagues within Group Financial Control, and act as the group’s sole Transfer Pricing lead as well as the primary contact point for all tax-related matters.

About the role
In this role, you hold full responsibility for Transfer Pricing across the group, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations while supporting the business with pragmatic, value-adding solutions. You act as a key advisor to both group management and local entities on Transfer Pricing and other international tax matters such as withholding taxes, business restructurings, M&A-related tax matters (e.g. Tax Due Diligence), and general corporate tax questions. The role has a strong focus on efficiency, governance, risk management and tax optimization.
You independently lead and manage transfer pricing initiatives and projects, maintain and further develop the group’s TP framework, and ensure alignment with the arm’s-length principle. The role also includes responsibility for driving and supporting tax-related projects such as tax audits and interactions with external advisors and tax authorities.

Key responsibilites
- Overall responsibility for the group’s Transfer Pricing framework, documentation, and compliance
- Act as a strategic advisor to subsidiaries and group management in Transfer Pricing and international tax matters
- Lead and manage transfer pricing projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate and manage transfer pricing documentation to meet audit and regulatory requirements
- Support and guide local finance and tax teams during tax audits and inquiries
- Drive tax-related projects such as Tax Due Diligence and tax reviews
- Collaborate closely with Group Financial Control, business stakeholders, and external advisors
Qualifications
We are looking for a lawyer or economist with 8–10 years of experience in Transfer Pricing and international tax within a global environment, for example from a leading advisory firm, an international group, or a combination of both.
