Performance & Process Excellence Manager

Polygon Group

Publiceringsdatum: 2026-05-11

Tjänstgöringsort: Stockholm

About the role

As Performance & Process Excellence Manager at Polygon Group, you will drive measurable improvements in operational and process performance across the Group and its countries. The role is a newly established Group function created to strengthen Operations’ engagement with the country organisations.

Your primary mission is to translate strategic priorities into actionable performance and process excellence initiatives — by co-designing targets and solutions with stakeholders, coaching execution, and monitoring progress through structured program follow-up. The scope includes operational core processes, with particular focus on Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).

The role is preferably based at Headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. Remote work is also possible for the right profile, from a location with a larger Polygon presence. Success in this role requires strong credibility and the ability to lead through competence and communication, you will work through influence rather than formal directive authority, engaging hands-on with senior, operational stakeholders in the countries. The position is a standalone function and reports to the Group COO.

Key responsibilites

You will identify business, operational and process performance gaps across HQ and country organisations and co-develop appropriate target setting and solution concepts with relevant stakeholders.

You will translate Group strategic priorities into measurable operational and performance improvement programs, strengthen Group-wide governance standards, and ensure transparent status reporting to the organisation and Group management, including escalation to senior management when decisions are needed or progress is lagging.

You will guide, coach and professionally moderate initiative planning and execution in the countries, ensuring the right capability and capacity is engaged for a solid setup and delivery.

You will drive Process Excellence initiatives, including gap analysis, workshops and implementation programs, and build a Group-wide Process Excellence community to enable best-practice sharing and pragmatic implementation.
You will also contribute to operational change management and support ERP-related development and implementation from an operations and process perspective, in close collaboration with the process/IT transformation environment.

The role requires international travel based on organisational needs and offers exposure to Group Management, senior country leadership and external specialists/consultants when relevant.

Qualifications

You hold a university degree and bring senior professional experience (6–10 years) in corporate key functions interfacing with Group countries. We also value experience from international industrial companies.

You have strong expertise in organisational and process management, and solid project/ program management skills, with proven ability to design business processes and implement improvement programs.

You combine operational understanding with commercial/financial awareness, and you are comfortable working in a hands-on environment with operational leaders who expect pragmatism rather than theory.

Experience and/or certification in Lean / Six Sigma (e.g., Green/Black Belt), ERP knowledge (design/implementation exposure), and familiarity with process design software are considered advantageous.

You are a strong communicator and facilitator, able to structure ambiguity, moderate workshops, define issues clearly, and drive execution through competence, conviction and stakeholder engagement.
